No on-site registrations will be accepted due to limited space for workshops and meals.

Collective billing

It is possible to book for several people in the same transaction on the registration platform. Simply open the event’s registration link, choose the type of ticket and indicate the quantity required. Then all that’s left to do is enter the details of each participant, verify everything and complete the payment. A confirmation will be sent to the e-mail addresses registered for each person to whom tickets have been assigned.

Registration fees

On-site pricing

  • Member*: $300 (excluding taxes)
  • Member**: CSS/CS located more than 300 km from Quebec City (- 25%) $225 (excluding taxes)
  • Non-member: $450 (excluding taxes)
  • Additional resource persons: $300 (excluding taxes). Free registration for a maximum of two resource persons per workshop.

*If you work in a school service center or school board, you’re automatically a member.

These amounts include: a continental breakfast, lunch, two coffee breaks, as well as participation in three workshops and one major conference.

Note: Please notify us of any food allergies or intolerances when you register. A $25 fee will be charged for an on-site declaration.

**Please note that a 25% reduction in participation fees applies to school organizations located more than 300 kilometers from Quebec City. This decision was taken to encourage the participation of school service centers and school boards located in the regions.

  • À la carte: $50 per workshop (excluding taxes)

Cancellation of registration

Cancellation requests should be sent to the following e-mail address: [email protected].

Those cancelling on or before May 14, 2026 will receive a $50 refund, excluding administration fees. Refunds will be made after the conference. Please note that no refunds will be issued for cancellation requests received after May 14, 2026.

A person may replace a registered participant at no charge. In this case, you must notify us by e-mail at [email protected] before May 18, 2026.
